Action Workforce has the following Production Worker role available for immediate placement

Site Location: Albury

Role: Production Worker - Manufacturing (Temp)

Responsibilities: Be part of the crucial production process of plastic pipes, the plant operates 24/7 and only closes for 2 weeks at the end of the year, the pipes are used for carriage of water, electrical cable and optical cable, the pipes are formed from powder through an extrusion machine, your role is to check outturn of the pipes v client specifications and move the finished product into the yard, manual lifting is required, you use power tools to form brackets for the piping and use CB fork lift to move pipes into the yard for distribution.

Role Type: TEMP ongoing

Days: Roster is 2 days Night Shift, 1 day off, 2 days Day Shift, 3 days off and repeat

Hours: Start/Finish 12 hours Shifts 6.00am to 6.00pm and 6.00pm to 6.00am

Av.Hours/Week: 40+

Pay: Flat Rate $42.32/hour

Start:Immediate

Candidate Requirements:

- LF License essential, CB FLD experience for 1 year minimum




- Previous experience working nights shifts is a must
- Ability to commit to frequent weekend shifts
- Must have your own PPE (hard cap footwear/long sleeves/pants)
- Manual Lifting - Rated to 15kg
- Experience with power tools
- Good mathematics skills
- Prepared to undergo Police Checks, Ref Checks, Functional Assessment, Audiometric and D&A; test
- Be happy working in a noisy environment
- Must be PR/Citizen
