PRODUCTION WAREHOUSE OFFICER

Balcatta location with easy access and parking. This is a well established business (>38 years of WA operation), great staff facilities and positive place to work. Mid-size stable family business with excellent company culture.

Responsibilities

- Quality control
- Count and check incoming orders (goods inwards)
- Dispatch and invoicing
- Liasing with freight companies for bookings, deliveries, and issues
- Using freight & production computer software daily
- Maintain neat warehouse and working area
- Constantly optimising processes to streamline our growing business and operations
- Assist production team with purchasing as and when required

You need

- Good computer skills, Excel, Word, Email, CRM, website
- Purchasing / procurement experience would be favourable
- Having Smartfreight experience will be desirable




- Outstanding attention to detail is a must
- Experience with filling in consignment notes and correct labeling
- Ability to lift, stack, wrap and move cartons/pallets
- Able to multi-task and handle deadlines
- Own transportation to work
- Stable experience working in a stores/warehouse environment
- Current and valid forklift license
- Checkable references
