Genus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Perth-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure and resources projects across Western Australia.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide high-level administrative and project support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and smooth project delivery. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end project administration support to the project team
- Manage project documentation, correspondence, and reporting
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions
- Assist with onboarding of personnel, including mobilisation and compliance
- Support procurement processes including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices
- Maintain project registers, cost tracking, and data entry
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Assist with reporting requirements and project deliverables

About You

- Proven experience as a Project Administrator within construction, mining, or engineering projects




- Strong knowledge of project administration processes and systems
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and think creatively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience supporting mobilisation activities, working closely with recruitment and site administration teams
