After the award of a large civil earthworks project in the Pilbara NTC Contracting now looking for a junior Site Engineer on a Project in the Pilbara.

The successful candidate will provide QA Support, Paperwork Support and Technical Assistance to the Project Manager and Site Supervisors. They will be responsible for planning, organising and monitoring the all aspects of our construction project. Daily tasks will include conducting quality assurance, project cost control, production reporting and monitoring, ensuring workplace health and safety, and managing people/subcontractors to ensure the project meets budgets and deadlines.

They will be responsible for the management of of the project to achieve quality works with optimum production and cost outcomes through the effective utilization of plant, direct labour, and subcontractors in a healthy and safe work environment.

Key Criteria

- Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
- Earthworks and Civil Construction Experience
- Strengths in Productivity and Earthworks Technical Knowledge
- A robust and ethical approach to work
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment




- Experience working with budgets and time restraints
- Provide support and advice on planning and construction
- Ensure all quality assurance requirements are met
- Hands on experience working in the field;

Typical tasks include:
- Management of project testing plans
- Subcontractor management
- Production reporting
- Quality Assurance

This position is FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster with project accommodation provided.
