The Role Reporting to the Senior Exploration Geologist, you will support project exploration work at our Dalgaranga operation, making sure drilling and field programmes are planned and delivered to a high geological standard, safely and within budget. This is a hands-on, in-field statutory role. You will provide direction and technical guidance to exploration geologists, field technicians and contractors, and play a key part in developing and mentoring junior staff as the team grows.

Your Day To Day Will Include

- Planning and executing field programmes across mapping,



sampling and drill logging to the required geological standard
- Developing work programmes alongside the Senior Exploration Geologist
- Supervising drilling and rig activities, and managing programmes within approved budgets
- Providing in-field direction and technical support to geologists, field technicians and contractors
- Overseeing compliance with tenure, heritage, health and safety obligations across staff and contractors
- Recording, interpreting and reporting geological data to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Mentoring and developing junior exploration staff

About You We're Looking For Someone Who Brings

- A tertiary degree in Geology, Geological Science or similar
- Broad exploration experience across a range of deposit styles and exploration stages
- Completed statutory competency units and the statutory examination for the statutory position (S26), or the clear ability to obtain them
- Working knowledge of relevant mining, health and safety, heritage and tenure legislation
- Strong planning, attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Proficiency in relevant exploration and modelling software
- A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance

Gold and Archaean greenstone experience and a current First Aid certificate will be well regarded.
