In this role, you'll:
Support the development and delivery of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across the transport network, including pavement rehabilitation, slope stabilisation, intersection upgrades, safety improvement initiatives, and network efficiency projects.
Working across both capital and maintenance programs, you will manage project planning, design, procurement, and delivery activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The role works closely with contractors, consultants, stakeholders, and operational teams to deliver infrastructure outcomes that improve safety, asset performance, and network reliability. This is a site based position and you will need to be based in the region.

This is a permanent position based in Mardi, NSW.
About you
You are a motivated engineering professional with experience delivering civil infrastructure, road maintenance, or construction projects.
You enjoy working across a variety of projects and can effectively balance technical, commercial, and stakeholder considerations to achieve project outcomes.
You'll bring:
- Leadership experience leading or managing staff
- Experience managing or supporting road, pavement, rehabilitation,
maintenance, or civil infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of civil construction practices, project delivery, contract administration, and procurement processes.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Experience developing project briefs, cost estimates, technical documentation, and project reports.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and operational teams.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and delivering value for the community.
