Summary

The Junior Project Management Analyst supports the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction projects by assisting with project scheduling, data analysis, tender and contract administration, and stakeholder coordination. The role works closely with project managers, customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.

The incumbent also supports project documentation, procurement activities, workflow optimization, performance analysis, and administrative processes to facilitate the successful and efficient delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance in the preparation and submission of tender and contract documents.
- Prepare project timelines and schedules, assist in delegation of tasks and resources to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Collaboration with customers and internal project integration team to align project timelines.




- Perform data analysis to inform project/business decisions.
- Assist in construction management activities, including equipment procurement and obtaining quotes, liaising with contractors and independent certifiers, preparing and maintaining project document registries, etc.
- Assist as a conduit of information between internal project managers and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to design, analyse, and optimise workflow processes for engineering and construction projects, ensuring alignment with industry technical standards.
- Conduct analytical reviews of EPC Contractor performance, including engineering deliverables, project design submissions, schedule adherence, budget variance, and compliance with technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project methodologies, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all administrative procedures are provided in a competence and efficient manner.
- Other tasks as required by the Direct Manager.
