We’re looking for highly organised, analytical, commercially minded, and strategic professionals to support project delivery, corporate strategy, business planning, performance improvement, and strategic decision-making.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects, analysing business performance, solving complex problems, developing strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and turning business objectives into practical action plans.

You’ll work closely with Leadership, Finance, Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, business growth, operational improvement, and long-term organisational objectives.

Depending on experience and background, the role may be aligned to Project Management, Business Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, or Business Analysis.

? Key Responsibilities? Project Management

- Plan, coordinate, and manage business projects from initiation through completion
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, action plans, and implementation roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on track
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Identify project issues and coordinate appropriate solutions and corrective actions
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates
- Organise project meetings, workshops, reviews, and stakeholder discussions
- Maintain project documentation, action registers, decision logs, and reporting materials
- Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Support the implementation of new products, services, systems, markets, destinations, and business initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Support post-project reviews and identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement

? Corporate Strategy & • Strategic Planning
- Support the development and execution of corporate and business strategies
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, business opportunities, and competitive developments
- Analyse business performance, revenue, costs, profitability, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities
- Support annual and long-term strategic planning processes
- Translate strategic objectives into practical initiatives, projects, and measurable action plans
- Assist leadership with strategic decision-making and business planning
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, business reviews, and executive-level materials
- Monitor progress against strategic objectives, KPIs, and business targets
- Identify strategic risks, challenges, opportunities, and potential growth areas
- Support market entry, expansion, product development, and business transformation initiatives
- Conduct scenario analysis and assess potential strategic and financial impacts
- Assist with evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, investments, and commercial initiatives
- Support the development of business cases and strategic recommendations





? Business & • Commercial Analysis
- Analyse financial, operational, commercial, and customer data to identify meaningful insights
- Evaluate business performance against budgets, forecasts, targets, and strategic objectives
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Support pricing, product, market, and commercial analysis where required
- Prepare financial and operational models for strategic initiatives
- Assist with cost-benefit analysis, investment analysis, and business-case development
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for management and stakeholders

? Stakeholder & • Cross-Functional Management
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic priorities
- Coordinate communication between Finance, Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Business Development
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Understand stakeholder requirements and ensure alignment across projects and initiatives
- Facilitate discussions and help teams resolve issues and competing priorities
- Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations clearly and professionally
- Support executive meetings, business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and management workshops

? Business Transformation & • Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve organisational processes, systems, workflows, and operating models
- Support digital transformation, automation, technology implementation, and business improvement initiatives
- Analyse existing processes and recommend practical improvements
- Support organisational change and implementation of new ways of working
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, frameworks, and operating guidelines
- Track the impact of improvement initiatives and measure outcomes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making

✅ Requirements
- Associate / Executive / Manager level depending on experience
- Approximately 1–7+ years of experience in project management, strategy, business analysis, consulting, operations, corporate planning, business development, finance, technology, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
- Degree, diploma, or relevant education in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Project Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline is an advantage
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong commercial and business awareness
- Ability to understand complex business problems and develop practical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills




- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to structure information, analyse data, and communicate recommendations
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides or similar presentation tools
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, CRM systems, ERP systems, project management platforms, or business intelligence tools is advantageous
- Experience with project management methodologies, business process improvement, strategic planning, or management consulting is a plus
- Familiarity with financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, or business-case analysis is advantageous
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment
- Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential business and strategic information
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work in Australia
