At A2B Australia, we're transforming the way Australians move through our brands including 13cabs. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of strategically important business and technology initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional projects from mobilisation through to implementation and benefits realisation. Working closely with Technology, Operations, Commercial and network teams, you'll play a critical role in delivering projects that strengthen our business, support our partners and enhance the customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets and dependencies
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, including reporting, risk management, decision tracking and steering committee engagement
- Coordinate operational and technical workstreams to ensure successful deployment and business readiness
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to deliver system changes, testing activities and implementation cutovers
- Manage external vendors and delivery partners, ensuring alignment on milestones, dependencies and issue resolution
- Oversee staged delivery gates, implementation sequencing and business acceptance activities
- Engage senior stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Legal and Finance to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives
- Develop structured communication and change plans that protect customer and commercial relationships throughout project delivery
- Identify and manage risks through contingency planning, mitigation strategies and clear escalation pathways
- Track and report on advantages realisation, ensuring outcomes align with approved business cases and operational objectives
- Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leaders on project performance, risks and commercial impacts
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project resources and workstream leads to achieve successful outcomes
About You
You're a commercially minded project leader who thrives in complex environments, brings structure to ambiguity and can confidently influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Technology or a related discipline
- PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification highly regarded
- A practical understanding of agile principles, lean methodologies and continuous improvement approaches
- At least five years' experience leading complex cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
- Demonstrated success delivering operational and technical deployment programs
- Experience working closely with Product and Technology teams on system integrations and business change initiatives
- Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management and governance capability
- Well-developed commercial judgement and the ability to balance risk with delivery outcomes
- Experience within transport, logistics or mobility environments will be highly regarded
