? PROJECT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL & CIVIL FENCING

? Perth, WA | Full-Time Permanent | 2 Positions An established fencing business in Perth is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver commercial, civil and infrastructure projects.

? The Role

You'll be responsible for taking projects from planning through to completion, including:

- Managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Coordinating labour, materials, plant and equipment
- Reading drawings, plans and site layouts
- Coordinating site teams and subcontractors
- Monitoring project progress, quality and productivity
- Liaising with clients and site supervisors
- Resolving issues and keeping projects on track
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently

? About You

Project Management experience within construction, civil or a related industry

Confident reading drawings and project plans

Robust understanding of construction environments

Experience coordinating teams,



materials and equipment

Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and client-management skills

Practical, hands-on approach

Able to manage multiple projects at once

Fencing experience is advantageous, but not essential for the right construction/civil Project Manager.
