Itch has partnered with a well-established Perth commercial builder & fitout contractor with a strong pipeline of fitout and refurbishment projects across the metro area.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple projects from award through to handover. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to keep projects moving, solve problems early and deliver quality outcomes.

- Running projects from award to completion.
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
- Keeping programmes, budgets and profitability on track.
- Driving quality, safety and client satisfaction.
- Building strong relationships that lead to repeat work.

You'll bring:

- 5+ years' experience in commercial construction, fitout or refurbishment.
- Solid commercial and financial management skills.
- A track record of delivering projects safely, on time and profitably.
- The ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Relevant construction or project management qualifications.
