Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical projects from initial planning through to final completion and handover.

- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.

- Monitor project budgets, variations, progress claims, and overall financial performance.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and relevant regulations.

- Attend site meetings and provide leadership and direction to project teams.

- Identify and resolve project risks, delays,



and operational issues in a timely manner.

- Support estimating, procurement, and planning activities where required.

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably within commercial, industrial, or construction environments.

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, project delivery, and contract administration.

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and programme management.

- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and quality standards.

- Relevant trade qualification, electrical licence, or project management qualification is desirable.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software preferred.
