About Us

Scope Doors & Windows is a leading glazing, window, and door manufacturing company based in the Toowoomba area. Backed by a dedicated, tight-knit team of around 30 staff, we specialize in delivering premium Commercial and High-End Residential glazing packages. We operate a highly efficient manufacturing facility and are looking for a proactive Project Manager to drive our on-site operations and ensure our complex architectural installations run seamlessly.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and technically minded Project Manager to take ownership of our installation pipeline. You will serve as the vital link between our factory floor and the construction site, ensuring every commercial and custom residential project is executed safely, accurately, and on schedule. You will be out in the field and in the office, acting as the primary point of contact for builders while directly managing our install crews to maintain our high finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret complex architectural construction plans, elevations, and specifications for commercial and architectural residential builds.
- Site Measuring: Conduct precise on-site check measures for all window, door, and glazing openings prior to manufacturing.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with commercial builders, site supervisors, and contractors, maintaining solid relationships and resolving any site-specific issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate, schedule,



and manage our on-site installation teams to ensure efficient and flawless project delivery.
- Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines, matching the rigorous expectations of high-end builds.

About You

- Proven experience in project management, site supervision, or estimating—specifically within the glazing, window/door manufacturing, or high-end construction industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and solid spatial awareness for accurate measuring.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage trades and deal professionally with builders and site managers.
- A proactive problem-solver capable of managing multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- A valid open driver's license (essential).
