About the role: Reporting to the Principal Property Officer, you will be responsible for administering the construction, modification, major renovations and/or repairs and maintenance of customer properties (including the management of external consultants). You may also be required to provide guidance and support to co-workers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor construction projects from the office, ensuring alignment with project plans and objectives.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations.
- Manage external service providers to meet the needs of our customers,



having regard to their disabilities.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates.
- Support procurement and contract administration processes.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in construction and understanding/interpreting to provide advice on residential building plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Systems savvy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to maintain sensitivity, discretion and a professional manner in handling difficult enquiries and issues

Desirable:

- Experience working on government or public infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Builders Licence is preferred.
