About the role:

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to join our dynamic, results driven team at Yagan Square. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional support to our Property Manager, tenants, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do:

Process and manage tenant billing and recharges with precision and accuracy

Maintain and update tenant compliance documents to ensure seamless onboarding and management

Proactively manage arrears and maintain positive relationships with tenants

Leverage your organizational skills to manage lease maintenance, AP invoices, and property documentation

Provide exceptional customer service and support to Property Manager and tenants

Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice disputes and ensure efficient operations

What you’ll Need:

Proven administration experience, preferably in property administration

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
