About the role

We’re looking for our next Property Management Assistant superstar! ? You'll be working alongside three experienced Property Managers and a Property Management Associate who is transitioning into a Property Manager role. This is a great opportunity for someone keen to enter the real estate industry and build a career towards becoming a Property Manager.

Key responsibilities

- Arranging and assisting with home opens
- Processing prospective tenant applications
- Assisting with routine inspections
- Assisting with incoming calls and tenant email enquiries
- Assisting with Market Appraisals
- Preparing new tenancy packs
- Assisting with maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
- Updating administrative and tenancy records
- Adhoc administrative tasks to assist property managers with day-to-day management
- Tasks will progress as experience progresses

About you

- Current driver's licence required
- Experience with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good time management




- A positive can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoys building relationships and providing a positive customer experience
- Previous experience in real estate, admin or customer service (desirable but not required)
- Property Management Registration (outstanding but not essential)
