Paradise launched its Property Management Department at the beginning of the year with a transparent vision: to raise the standard of property management and deliver a better experience for landlords and tenants across residential and commercial real estate.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a Property Management Associate to join the team and work closely with Kirah-Leigh Ryan, Portfolio Growth Manager, helping us deliver the exceptional level of service Paradise is known for.

This role will have a particular focus on managing the Tenant Journey — ensuring tenants receive the same care, communication and customer experience as every client who chooses to work with Paradise.

You’ll learn firsthand what it takes to become a successful Property Manager, gradually building your own portfolio through structured training, proven processes and the support of our Property Management, Sales and Leadership teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Leasing - Conduct property inspections, process applications and assist with tenant selection and onboarding.

Managing the Tenant Journey - Coordinate welcome gifts, entry condition reports, routine inspections and ongoing tenant communication.

Maintenance Coordination - Liaise with tenants, landlords and tradespeople to ensure maintenance is handled quickly and efficiently.





Database & CRM Management - Maintain accurate records, clean data and strong administrative processes.

Portfolio Management - Progressively build and manage a smaller, productive portfolio focused on service, relationships and client retention.

Supporting Department Growth - Assist with rental reviews, property forecasts, appraisals and the continued growth of Paradise Rentals.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Organised, proactive and an excellent time manager
- A confident communicator with a solutions-focused attitude
- Customer-service driven and comfortable dealing with people
- Detail-oriented and committed to doing things properly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- A holder of a valid Driver Licence with appropriate vehicle insurance
- Qualified with a Real Estate Certificate - or willing to obtain one, which we can help arrange
