You will manage your own established portfolio, building solid relationships with landlords and tenants while overseeing the day-to-day management of the properties.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include

- End-to-end portfolio management
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Maintenance coordination
- Arrears management
- Routine inspections
- Entry and exit processes
- Compliance management
- Working closely with the wider Property Management team

About You You will have previous experience managing your own residential portfolio and be someone who takes pride in providing a high standard of service.

You’ll be organised, confident communicating with landlords and tenants, and comfortable taking ownership of your portfolio.

A current Queensland Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence will be highly regarded.
