About the role

As a Property Manager, you will manage a well-maintained residential portfolio End to End while providing outstanding service to landlords and tenants. You will be supported by modern systems, established processes, and a team-oriented team environment.

Key responsibilities

- Managing a residential property portfolio from start to finish
- Conducting routine inspections and entry, exit.
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors and tradespeople
- Managing rental arrears, lease renewals, and tenancy matters
- Responding promptly to landlord and tenant enquiries
- Processing tenancy applications and leasing activities
- Attending QCAT hearings when required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures

About you

- Previous experience in Property Management and/or Real Estate
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate License
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A proactive and solution-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Current driver's license
- Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Realworks, Vault, Snug, Ignite, or similar software is highly regarded.
