Looking for your next move in real estate? Join a team that does Property Management differently. Raine & Horne Gladstone is looking for a Property Manager to join our established and supportive team.
Unlike the traditional portfolio model, our Property Management department operates under a task-based structure. Rather than one person being responsible for everything across their own portfolio, our team works collaboratively across the rent roll, with responsibilities shared between team members.
This creates a supportive workplace where you can focus on doing your role well, learn from the people around you and develop your skills without feeling like you're doing everything on your own.
Whether you already have Property Management experience or you're looking for an opportunity to grow your career in real estate, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Your role will include a variety of Property Management responsibilities, including:
- Communicating with landlords and tenants
- Building strong relationships and providing great customer service
- Coordinating maintenance and following up repairs
- Assisting with tenancy matters as they arise
- Managing assigned tasks and following them through to completion
- Handling challenging conversations professionally and confidently
- Keeping accurate notes, emails and records
- Ensuring tasks are completed in line with Queensland legislation and our internal processes
- Working closely with the wider Property Management team to keep everything running smoothly
About you
Previous Property Management experience would be an advantage, but it's not essential. We're more interested in finding the right person for our team. You may already work in real estate,
have experience in administration or customer service, or simply be looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career in Property Management.
You'll ideally be someone who:
- Is organised and can confidently manage competing priorities
- Communicates well with different personalities
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable using systems and technology
- Takes ownership and follows tasks through
- Can remain calm and professional when situations become challenging
- Is willing to learn and take on feedback
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
A current Queensland real estate registration is preferred; however, for the right person, we're happy to discuss obtaining the required registration. A current driver's licence is required.
Why Raine & Horne Gladstone?
We know Property Management can be a busy industry, which is why we've built our department around a team-based approach rather than the traditional individual portfolio model.
You'll enjoy
- No individual portfolio to manage
- A collaborative, task-based team structure
- Support from experienced team members
- Training and guidance while you learn the role
- Established systems and processes
- Ongoing professional development
- The backing and resources of the Raine & Horne National Network
- A fun and welcoming office environment
- Regular team events and training
- Opportunities to grow and develop your career within real estate
We can teach you Property Management, our systems and our processes. What we can't teach is attitude. We're looking for someone who is accountable, approachable, willing to learn and genuinely wants to be part of a team.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply through SEEK today to join the Raine & Horne Gladstone team.
All applications will be treated confidentially.
