About the role

As our Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio while delivering a high level of service to our valued clients.

You'll have the support of a collaborative team and systems designed to help you stay organised and focus on what matters most — providing outstanding property management.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant enquiries
- Monitor rent arrears and follow up where required
- Facilitate ingoing and outgoing property inspections
- Ensure properties and documentation comply with relevant legislation
- Liaise professionally with owners, tenants, contractors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation

About you

- Experienced in residential property management
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing competing priorities
- A strong communicator who enjoys dealing with people
- Professional,



approachable and solutions-focused
- Able to work independently while also being a great team player
- Committed to delivering an excellent experience for both owners and tenants
- A current WA Property Management Registration and driver's licence will be required
