Insightful Minds Psychology is a warm, established private psychology practice located in Erina on the Central Coast. Since opening in 2019, we have grown steadily through a strong reputation in our local community and long-standing relationships with GPs, specialists, schools and allied health professionals.

Our team provides psychological support to children aged 6+, adolescents and adults across a broad range of presentations. We value thoughtful, evidence-based and person-centred care, while giving clinicians the autonomy to work in ways that reflect their experience, therapeutic approach and areas of clinical interest.

The Role

We are looking for a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our team in a part-time role at our Erina practice.

There is flexibility around days and hours, and we want to work with the right psychologist to develop a caseload that reflects their clinical interests, strengths and preferred client groups.

The role is primarily focused on providing evidence-based psychological therapy, including assessment and formulation, individualised treatment planning, clinical documentation and collaboration with families, GPs, schools and other health professionals where appropriate.

For psychologists interested in assessment work, there is also the opportunity to incorporate psychological and neurodevelopmental assessment into the role.

Perhaps most importantly, you won't be expected to build a private practice on your own.

We have an experienced administrative team, established systems and strong referral pathways, allowing our psychologists to spend more of their time doing what they are trained to do — good clinical work.

You will

- Hold appropriate tertiary qualifications in Psychology and current registration with AHPRA.
- Have a strong foundation in evidence-based psychological intervention.
- Bring warmth, curiosity and sound clinical judgement to your work.
- Value high-quality, ethical and person-centred care.
- Be comfortable working autonomously while enjoying the support and connection of a team.
- Communicate well with clients, colleagues and other professionals.
- Be committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
