JCM Psychology is a boutique clinical psychology practice based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. As a practice we are centred on the delivery of compassionate, trauma-informed and client-centred therapy, with a particular focus on Schema Therapy, CBT and EMDR.

We are currently looking to expand our team with a registered psychologist (clinical or general) seeking 2-3 days per week. Current availability in clinic on Tuesday, Friday (afternoon shift 2-7PM) and Saturday. We are ideally seeking an applicant with 2+ years of private practice experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE The role will provide you with the prospect to build a caseload based on your clinical interests within our reliable stream of referrals. You will have flexibility to choose your own days & hours, participate in peer supervision, and attend team building events (bi-annual team lunches). Our office is renovated, light-filled and designed to create a safe and nurturing work environment; with comfortable and modern furniture for the comfort of both clients and our psychology team.

As such, we prioritise flexibility & work-life balance, provide administration & practice management support, offer peer supervision & clinical guidance for those seeking further training, and ensure referral consistency for your income security.

ABOUT YOU

- Full registration with AHPRA
- Professional liability and indemnity insurance (if contracted)
- Interest/ability to work afternoon shifts and/or Saturday
- Eligible for a Medicare provider number
- Focussed on delivering high quality evidence-based therapies
- Comfortable working across the lifespan, including children, teens and adults
- Committed to ongoing professional development
- 2+ years of clinical experience in private practice




- Interest and experience in the treatment of Trauma, children (8+) and/or OCD is highly desirable.
