Purchasing Expeditor Officer To enable our business to continue to deliver quality maintenance services, we are currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Expeditor Officer to join our team at our head office in Pinjarra

About the Role:

- Full time position
- Monday - Friday
- Local Pinjarra Office
- Salary Position
- Long term career opportunities

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Track and monitor the status of orders and materials and ensure these are meeting timeframes
- Expedite delivery of delayed or missing materials
- Liase with suppliers and vendors to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review open purchase orders and ensure these are progressing as planned
- Purchasing - including creation of purchase orders, order confirmations, expedite outstanding orders and weekly backorders
- Efficient processing of all documents and data entry relating to incoming or outgoing stock and freight
- Liaising directly with Managers, Leading Hands, Supervisors and Internal Teams
- Work closely with the Purchasing Supervisor

Successful candidate must have:

- Administration or Data Entry Experience (Highly desirable)
- Purchasing experience in the Mining Industry (Preferred)
- Pronto experience or similar (Highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain positive and streamlined relationships with internal and external suppliers and teams
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Current Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance
- Full Australian working rights
