About the role

Sunrise Landscapes delivers complete landscape packages for builders and developers across Melbourne - residential townhouse and new-home developments plus commercial projects. We work to plan, to spec, and to builder handover deadlines.

Two roles are open: a Qualified Landscaper to run your own section of a job start to finish, work directly from landscape plans, and help bring the labourers along; and Landscape Labourers for hands-on site work across the full range of jobs.

Key responsibilities

- Softscape - site prep and grading, garden beds and mulching, turf and seeding, planting, edging, toppings, steppers and irrigation

- Hardscape - concrete driveways and paving (plain, coloured, exposed agg), permeable and bluestone paving, steps, drainage and timber retaining walls

- Fencing - timber paling fences and gates, aluminium blade fencing

- Finishing - letterboxes, clotheslines, sheds and bike racks, setting out from landscape drawings, and getting sites clean for handover

About you

Qualified Landscaper

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture, or equivalent trade experience

- Strong hard and soft landscaping background - concrete, paving, retaining,



turf and planting

- Confident reading and setting out from landscape plans and specifications

- Current driver's licence and your own transport

- Valid White Card

- Highly regarded: Machinery tickets (excavator, bobcat, skid steer)

- Highly regarded: Concreting or paving depth

- Highly regarded: Previous leading hand experience

Landscape Labourers

- Current driver's licence and your own reliable transport

- Valid White Card

- Fit, reliable and on time

- Willing to learn and take direction

- Good to work with on site

- Highly regarded: Previous landscaping, concreting or construction labouring

- Highly regarded: Machinery or truck tickets
