The Role

- Perform quality assurance checks in line with the program to capture policy breaches/exceptions, identify process gaps and potential risks.
- Report quality assurance results to the Quality Assurance Manager and address all concerns & issues.
- Provide assistance in recommending and implementing remediation actions, as required.
- Analyse outcomes and identify areas of improvement
- Review new processes and products for compliance and identification of potential operational risk issues
- Identify red flags, process gaps and make recommendation for process & procedure improvements.

About you

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the regulatory and legislative environment in Australia.
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Sound knowledge of AML, Privacy Act, NCCP
