One of our Automotive Industry client is looking for Senior EUC Engineer in Melbourne on permanent basis.
n Senior EUC Engineer has to do design, manage, and continuously improve our end-user computing setting across our support office and retail network.

n

You will support local business teams while contributing across the broader Asia Pacific region. This role focuses on platform management, automation, patching, lifecycle governance, and technical escalations within a large enterprise environment. Participation in a 24/7 on-call roster is required.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage application packaging and deployment tools, as well as Golden Images, across multiple platforms including SOTI, SCCM, and Intune.
n
- Oversee patching cycles, security baselines, and fleet-wide update compliance
n
- Test and validate hardware, driver packs, BIOS updates, and manage lifecycle planning
n




- Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell scripting, backend tools, and self-service solutions.
n
- Build reporting dashboards and analyse device performance trends
n
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve fleet stability
n
