Job Description

RMS is seeking a practical legal partner to own customer contract negotiations end to end for our fast-growing SaaS business.

n

You'll draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscriptions, MSAs, DPAs, and SLAs, while managing payment and dispute risk and improving templates and processes for scale.

n

As the first legal hire, you'll influence contracting practices across jurisdictions and collaborate with Sales, CS, and People teams in a adaptable, Melbourne-based model.
