The Beach House is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the front-of-house operation at our beautiful coastal venue in Eden Beach, Jindalee.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Restuarant Manager will oversee:

- Staff training and development
- Shift management, driving exceptional service
- Stock and inventory management
- End of day reporting processes, and more

Tucked away in the dunes of Eden Beach, we're a busy and much-loved local spot known for an Asian-inspired woodfired menu and uninterrupted views of WA's coastline. Our venue offers a fresh and energetic atmosphere where outstanding food, drinks, and service come together. Whether it's a casual lunch or a buzzing dinner service, we aim to create memorable moments for every guest.

Our venue is not just a restaurant – we host special events, private functions,



live music and also run a separate venue downstairs in the park calledThe Cubby House. No two days are the same, demandingsharp service and strong leadership.

What You'll Bring

- Strong verbal and digital communication skills
- Passion for the industry – keeping up to date with trends
- Experience leading a FOH team of 20+ employees and ability to manage, motivate and train staff
- Knowledge of rostering systems and ability to meet wage targets
- Strong understanding of stock and inventory processes
- Beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.
- A current Western Australian RSA and Approved Manager’s Certification.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable mode of transport, allowing you to access the venue in Jindalee
