About the Role

We are looking for a strong, nurturing, hands‑on Room Leader to lead our Teddies room (1 - 2 years). You will inspire and support a dedicated team of educators, creating meaningful experiences for curious young minds. This role requires flexibility with shifts and availability to act as Responsible Person when required (open/close duties).

What We’re Looking For

- Working towards or hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience leading a room in an early learning setting (essential)
- Willing and able to act as Responsible Person when required
- Flexible with shifts: availability across operating hours
- Valid WA Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
