Receptionist / Customer Care Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time Receptionistwho genuinely cares about people, takes pride in helping others, and understands the importance of making every interaction positive and professional.

This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy, communicates clearly, and enjoys being the central support person for a busy team.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring every enquiry is handled with care and attention.

Your responsibilities will include

· Managing inbound and outbound calls with warmth and professionalism

· Channeling customer enquiries and leads to the appropriate sales or service teams

· Booking and confirming service appointments accurately

· Following up on paperwork and ensuring customers feel supported throughout their journey

· Assisting with administrative support for Management

· Maintaining a welcoming, organised front reception setting





What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

· Has a genuine passion for customer service

· Shows empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction

· Is confident and clear on the phone

· Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Can manage multiple tasks while staying calm and positive

· Is reliable, proactive and team-oriented

· Has sound computer skills

Automotive experience is beneficial but not required - attitude and care matter more.
