Reception & Administration Officer
Tutti Arts | Brighton, SA
Part-time (26 hours per week over 4 days) Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm

At, Tutti Arts, learning disabled and neurodivergent people are at the centre of arts and culture. Tutti is a multi-arts organisation supporting artists across visual art, theatre, music, dance, screen and technology. Our work is grounded in the Social Model of Disability, Disability Justice, Disability Leadership and Disability Allyship.
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Reception & Administration Officer to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our office, programs and daily operations.
About the role
As the first point of contact for artists, participants, families, visitors and stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional and accessible experience for everyone who connects with Tutti.
This is an office-based role that requires an on-site presence at our Brighton office. You'll work closely with the Arts Administration Coordinator and broader team to provide reception, administration and program support across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house reception and respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries.
- Welcome artists, participants, families, visitors and suppliers.
- Manage initial enquiries about Tutti programs, including providing information, recording opportunities and preparing quotes.
- Maintain office records, filing systems and administrative databases.
- Coordinate office supplies, correspondence, deliveries and routine maintenance requests.
- Provide administrative support for programs, meetings and events.
- Assist with registrations, invitations, ticketing and participant records.
- Support organisational reporting, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
About you You are an organised and reliable administrator who enjoys helping people and keeping systems running smoothly. You have excellent customer service skills and are comfortable managing a variety of tasks and competing priorities.
You'll bring
- Experience in administration, reception or customer service roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- The ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- A adaptable and proactive approach to work.
- The ability to build respectful and inclusive relationships with people with diverse learning needs.
Desirable
- Qualification in Business Administration.
- Experience working within community, arts or not-for-profit organisations.
- Understanding of the NDIS.
- Knowledge of the Social Model of Disability, Disability Justice and Disability Allyship.
- Current driver's licence
Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain.
- Current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain
