Be the face of AESTEC!

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Receptionist who loves interacting with people and brings a positive, welcoming attitude to work every day.

As the first point of contact for our employees, clients, contractors and visitors, you'll be the friendly face of AESTEC. We're looking for someone who is bubbly, approachable and genuinely enjoys making people's day a little brighter.

This is more than just a reception role. You'll also provide administrative support across HR, Finance and Safety & Compliance, giving you the opportunity to learn different areas of the business and build a broad range of skills.

The role is also open to a Trainee for the right candidate, with the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.

About The Role

- Greet visitors and provide a friendly first point of contact
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage emails, mail and deliveries
- Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area
- Provide administrative support to HR, Finance and Safety & Compliance
- Assist with data entry, filing and general office administration




- Support different teams with day-to-day tasks and learn how the business operates

- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
