What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greet visitors warmly and ensure a professional, friendly front-of-house experience




- Providing top-notch customer service to property owners and tenants
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain meeting rooms and coordinate bookings
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with mail handling, and general office duties
- Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks as required
