Receptionist | Real Estate | No Experience Required

We’re looking for a friendly, organised & motivated Receptionist to join our team at Ray White Tugun.

This is an entry-level opportunity with no previous real estate experience required. Our current Receptionist is progressing internally within the business, creating a great prospect for someone new to join the team, learn the industry & build their skills with us.

What’s the opportunity?

A full-time front-of-house customer care & reception role supporting our Property Management, Administration & Sales teams.

The position is Monday–Friday with no weekend or after-hours work required & is based from our Tugun office.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Being the first point of contact for our clients, managing phone, email & walk-in enquiries
- General administration including filing, mailouts & database management
- Property Management & Sales support
- Keep our front-of-house organised, welcoming & running smoothly
- Supporting the wider team where needed

We understand you mightn’t tick all the boxes yet, but that’s what we’re here for. You’ll receive hands-on training & support from our team, along with access to online learning through the Ray White Group.

- A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate is advantageous but not essential
