The Role You’ll manage an established recruitment desk within the Brisbane real estate market, working with both existing and new clients.

Your day will include

- Building relationships with real estate agencies and property businesses
- Managing existing client accounts
- Speaking with candidates about their careers and future opportunities
- Interviewing and representing candidates
- Filling permanent recruitment assignments
- Business development and networking




- Negotiating offers and managing recruitment processes
- Building your personal brand within the Brisbane real estate market

You’ll have the support of an experienced leadership team, established systems, marketing, administration and a robust database of clients and candidates. Who We’re Looking For We’d love to speak with people currently working within real estate, including:
