Role Description This full-time Recruitment Consultant role is based on-site in Sydney, NSW.

The Recruitment

Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating placements within healthcare organizations. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, understanding workforce requirements, and providing timely updates and advice. The role also involves drafting job advertisements, maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems, and collaborating with colleagues to meet team and organizational targets.



The consultant will be expected to uphold ethical recruitment practices and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, including attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Understanding of employment legislation, workplace compliance, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in the Australian healthcare sector or recruitment for clinical and care roles is an advantage.
