Technology Recruitment Consultants – Multiple Opportunities

Our client, a highly regarded global recruitment agency, is expanding its Technology recruitment team in Sydney and is seeking experienced 360-degree recruiters at Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant and Principal level .

These are established, high-performing desks with an exceptional portfolio of existing accounts across:

- Commercial organisations
- Banking and financial services
- Major enterprise clients

Opportunities are available across:
- Software Engineering
- Cyber Security
- Data

You will inherit an established market and strong client relationships, providing the platform to generate results without needing to bring an existing book of business.

You will be responsible for:





- Managing and growing relationships across an established client portfolio
- Developing new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Attracting and engaging high-quality technology professionals
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Building your profile as a specialist within your chosen technology market

About you Ideally, you will have:
- At least two years’ Technology recruitment experience
- Experience across Software Engineering, Cyber Security or Data
- A solid understanding of how to operate and grow a 360-degree recruitment desk
- Strong client development and candidate management skills
- The confidence to work with sophisticated commercial, financial services and enterprise clients

An existing client portfolio is preferred but is not required . The priority is finding recruiters with strong fundamentals, strong origination/business development skills, relevant market knowledge and the ability to make the most of an established platform.
