I’m working with a growing local HVAC contractor that has built a really strong reputation across domestic, light commercial and modular work.

Originally established as an electrical business, they’ve continued to expand their capabilities and have developed into a well-rounded HVAC and mechanical services contractor with a strong pipeline of work and plenty of variety.

They’re now looking to add another Refrigeration Technician to the team.

What will you be working on?The biggest attraction here is the variety. You won’t be doing the same thing day in, day out.

Their work covers:

- Domestic ducted systems
- Split systems
- VRV / VRF systems
- Evaporative cooling
- Ventilation
- Modular builds
- Light commercial offices and retail
- Service, maintenance and fault finding

They have a combination of larger ongoing contracts and smaller commercial jobs, giving you exposure to a broad range of equipment, customers and environments. A role that can work around your experience: they’re not looking for one particular type of technician.

If you’re still developing and want to improve your technical ability, you’ll have experienced people around you who are willing to provide support, mentorship and genuinely teach you.

Equally, if you’re already a strong Refrigeration Technician who knows what you’re doing, you’ll be trusted to manage your own work,



given autonomy and treated like an adult. They’re not interested in micromanaging good technicians.

There is genuine room to develop as the business grows.
