About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will:

- Deliver person-centred nursing care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Complete clinical assessments and documentation




- Monitor resident health and respond appropriately to changing care needs
- Support and mentor care staff
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous quality improvement initiatives

About You

You are a caring and professional Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and building trusted relationships with residents.

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant nursing qualifications
- Current COVID-19 vaccination record, including booster
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute to the team
