At High St, we’re more than a medicinal cannabis clinic, we are pioneers in revolutionising community health and wellness. Having launched our Enmore flagship store in 2025, we are searching for a standout Registered Nurse to help lead a new era of healthcare with us.

- Monday to Friday: 10am – 6pm

About the Role:

As a High St Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in onboarding and guiding patients throughout their entire treatment journey. From the very first point of contact, you’ll help create a welcoming, supportive, and seamless experience for patients navigating alternative medicine care.

Your day-to-day will include:

Patient Onboarding & Journey Coordination:

Be the first clinical point of contact for new patients, guiding them through onboarding, explaining processes clearly, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their experience with High St.

Patient Intake & Screening:

Conduct Telehealth and in-clinic intake calls with new patients to assess their eligibility for alternative medicine and gather detailed clinical histories.

Treatment Journey Monitoring:

Conduct follow-up calls with patients after consultations, offering ongoing support, education, reassurance, and helping them navigate their treatment plans with confidence.

Patient Care Management:

Manage inbound patient queries and resolve issues efficiently and compassionately — whether coordinating script corrections with doctors, liaising with pharmacies regarding medication delivery, or communicating clinic protocols and expectations clearly.

Clinical Assessments:

Use your nursing fundamentals including pathophysiology, pharmacology,



and patient communication to deliver structured assessments that help support safe and effective treatment outcomes.

Education & Support:

Provide patients with practical guidance around medicinal cannabis use, empowering them through education and ongoing care.

Records & Confidentiality:

Maintain accurate medical records and uphold strict patient confidentiality and compliance standards at all times.

This is a clinical role with a strong customer service and care coordination focus. Your nursing knowledge is essential, but it’s your compassion, patience, emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust that will leave a lasting impact on our patients — many of whom live with chronic, life-altering conditions.

What We’re Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience managing complex clinical operations within general practice
- Strong understanding of patient onboarding and care coordination
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Passion for the therapeutic potential of medicinal cannabis
- Experience with MediRecords is highly desirable
- A team-first mindset with the ability to lead with empathy, trust, and professionalism
