About the role

As a Community Registered Nurse with KompleteCare, you will play an important role in assessing, planning and delivering high-quality care to Aged Care and NDIS clients. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, work alongside families and support workers, collaborate with Allied Health professionals, and provide care that is genuinely centred around each person's individual needs and goals.

This is a Monday to Friday position, 8:00am to 4:00pm, based from our Kilburn office while providing care to clients throughout Metro Adelaide. The role offers the opportunity to enjoy the variety of community nursing while working within a team that values collaboration, professional development and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments
- Developing and reviewing individualised care plans
- Providing wound care and clinical assessments
- Supporting clients with palliative care needs
- Catheter care and management
- Medication assistance and clinical support
- Monitoring client health and identifying changes in condition
- Liaising with Allied Health professionals, families,



support workers and Client Service Managers
- Providing education and clinical guidance to clients, families and support staff
- Ensuring care is delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, standards and best practice

About you The person we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is confident, compassionate and clinically capable, with the ability to work independently while knowing when to reach out for support.

You’ll ideally have

- Registered Nurse qualification with at least 1 year post-graduate nursing experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Flu and COVID vaccinations in line with organisational requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously in a community workplace
- Intermediate computer skills
