What You'll Do:
- Deliver contemporary, evidence-based clinical care within your RN scope.




- Collaborate and build strong relationships with our team of doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and support our clinical and care teams, ensuring care aligns with our values
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individual care plans with our residents
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

About You:
- Compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Skilled in assessing and responding to residents' needs.

Mandatory Employment Prerequisites:
- Minimum experience of 12 months full time working in Residential Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
- Current AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse without restrictions.
- Current Police Check
