The Role

n

As a Storeperson, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse and stores environment. You will be responsible for receiving, storing and dispatching goods while maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Receive, check and put away incoming stock and deliveries
n
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Load and unload deliveries
n
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with stocktakes
n
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment where required
n
- Keep the warehouse and storage areas clean, organised and safe
n
- Complete relevant paperwork and update inventory systems
n
- Assist with general warehouse and stores duties as required
n
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in a Storeperson, Warehouse or Stores role
n
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
n
- Reliable, punctual and committed to protected work practices
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Forklift licence is highly desirable
n
- Previous experience using inventory or warehouse management systems is advantageous
n
