The role: Based in Geraldton, you will provide clinical leadership to ensure effective delivery of youth mental health services. Responsibilities include supervising clinicians, coordinating assessments and referrals, and collaborating with medical and allied health staff. You will maintain high standards of care, support team development, drive continuous service improvement, and foster strong relationships with external partners.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology
n
- Current full registration with AHPRA or membership with AASW
n
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams
n
- Solid background in youth mental health and risk management
n
- Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and valid driver's license
