Senior Electrical Engineer

What you’ll do

- Deliver electrical engineering designs and technical solutions across a diverse range of projects.
- Prepare design documentation, specifications, reports and calculations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across buildings, infrastructure, defence and aviation projects.
- Support project delivery through planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Work directly with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor and support developing engineers and designers.
- Contribute to innovation, technical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build expertise across emerging and high-growth sectors including data centres.

What you’ll bring

- 7+ years’ experience in Electrical Engineering.
- A degree qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience within an engineering consultancy, contractor or major infrastructure environment.
- Experience delivering building services, infrastructure, defence, aviation, industrial or mission-critical projects.
- Strong technical design and project delivery capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Chartered status or progress towards chartership will be highly regarded.
- Australian Citizenship is preferred.
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance is highly desirable.
