CDC NSW is the largest private bus operator in NSW. This role is based at the Seven Hills Operational Customer Centre, where you will monitor bus service performance in real time and use online support systems to minimise delays.

You will join a highly skilled team, handle emergencies, coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff, and assist with passenger transfers to keep services running smoothly. A WWCC is required; expect wide-ranging shifts including alternate weekends, and strong English
