The Role

We are seeking a motivated Casual Chef to work closely withthe Head Chef and a skilled kitchen team. This role suits someone withexperience in fast-paced café, restaurant, function, or event environments who ispassionate about delivering high-quality food. Both full-time and casualpositions are available.

Key Skills and Attributes

- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes accuratelyand maintain correct portion sizes
- Teamwork: Works well within a kitchen team to ensureefficient daily operations
- Hygiene & Safety:



Upholds high standards ofcleanliness and follows safe food-handling practices
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and workacross different kitchen sections in a busy environment
- Following Instructions: Able to take direction from seniorchefs and execute tasks correctly

Requirements for Success

- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a chef
- Availability to work five days per week across a seven-dayroster
- Experience in high-volume production kitchens
- Relevant chef qualifications or equivalent tradeexperience
- Flexible, positive attitude with strong communication andcustomer service skills
- High standards of personal presentation and grooming
