n Full-Time | $100,000 - $140,000 + Super
n We're partnering with a leading Australian premium fashion house to recruit a Senior Garment Technologist.
n This is an opportunity to join a design-led business creating beautifully crafted garments requiring exceptional technical expertise, precision and attention to detail.
n Working across premium collections with complex construction, luxury fabrics and sophisticated silhouettes, you'll lead technical development from concept through to production, ensuring outstanding fit, quality and craftsmanship.
n You'll partner closely with Design, Product Development and Production teams, mentor the technical team and collaborate with manufacturing partners to bring complex garments to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical development from concept to production.
n
- Create and maintain detailed tech packs and specifications.
n
- Lead fit sessions and provide technical feedback.
n
- Ensure excellence in fit, grading and garment construction.
n
- Review technical drawings, BOMs and production documentation.
n
- Partner with offshore suppliers to resolve technical issues.
n
- Manage garments through the critical path.
n




- Maintain technical standards and compliance documentation.
n
- Mentor and support the technical team.
n
- Collaborate with Design, Product Development and Production.
n

About You

n

You'll be an experienced Garment Technologist who enjoys solving technical challenges and takes pride in delivering beautifully executed garments.

n

you'll bring:

- 8+ years' experience as a Garment Technologist.
n
- Strong expertise in fit, grading and garment construction.
n
- Experience with premium or technically complex garments.
n
- Excellent knowledge of fabrics and manufacturing processes.
n
- Confidence working with offshore suppliers.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel.
n
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
- Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
n
