At Armidale Hospital, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Paediatric ward. In this dynamic position, you’ll play a key role in providing outstanding care to children with a wide range of medical needs. On any given day, you will be assessing, monitoring, and carefully documenting each patient’s health journey to uphold the highest standards of care.

Alongside clinical responsibilities, you’ll collaborate closely with families; offering education, emotional support, and compassionate guidance to help them navigate their healthcare experience.

You won’t be working alone. You’ll be supported by the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Educators throughout the hospital, as well as your fellow Registered Nurses. Teamwork is central to this role, as you work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver individualised care plans that address the unique needs of every child.

Essential Criteria

⭐ Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
